Below is a list of services and support provided previously, organized according to the Teaching and Learning Centre's (TLC) mandate. Over the next months, our mandate, services and support will be further clarified and a new website will be created. Meanwhile, the links below provide access to existing content.

Certificate in University Teaching & Learning for Graduate Students
Conversations About Teaching and Learning (blog) - Informal conversations held on a range of topics, from practical teaching tips to the nature of university teaching. Topics since Fall 2010 have included: "Today's SFU Students", "Curriculum Mapping" and "Teaching Large Classes".
Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) - A three-day workshop to try out a variety of skills with peer feedback.
TA/TM Day Teaching Orientation Program - Offer graduate students practical learning opportunities.
Teaching & Learning Readers’ Group - Discuss the works of selected authors.
Teaching Portfolio Development Series - Design and build portfolios.
Voice & Presentation Skills - Make lectures more engaging.

Archive of video webcasts, community events & lecture series.
Design templates - Powerpoint template and workshop handouts.
Online Service Request form - this new online form replaces our paper work order form.
Photography - Studio, Events and ceremonies, Architectural, Landscape, Aerial, Macro, Portrait, Marketing
Print and illustration design - Brochures, posters, displays, identity and logos, packaging, data visualization.
Videography and webcasting - Concept development, script writing, video/audio recording and editing, motion graphics, green screen, package design, video conferencing, studio and sound facilities.
Web design and development - Content management systems, Flash design and programming, interactive web-based applications and learning objects, online communities.
